Each session moves gently between conversation, body awareness, and guided practices — always led by your goals, boundaries, and comfort level.
Somatic Sexology is a collaborative, body-based process designed to support awareness, connection, and trust.
Sessions run for 90 minutes, either in-person or online, and are currently available at a discounted rate of $60 while Heidi completes full accreditation through the Institute of Somatic Sexology. A safe space to begin
Somatic Sexology is a process of coming home to yourself — one that unfolds gently and at your pace. There’s no expectation or performance here, only curiosity, care, and support.
If you’re feeling drawn to this work, that curiosity is enough to begin. I offer a complimentary discovery chat where we can talk through your questions and see if this approach feels right for you.
